Returns and Exchange
Thank you for choosing and shopping at TrumpKart!!
We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered any refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- The item must be in the original package.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Only regular items may be refunded, sales items may not be refunded.
- If the item in question has been marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your gift.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, and send your item to shipping address.
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or inability of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or the original method of payment will be automatically credited within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially imposed.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the shipping address.
- Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
- The time it would take for your traded product to hit you can vary depending on where you live.
