Trumpkart guarantees to distribute goods to all cities in UAE at its own expense. We would not be held responsible for any delays caused by incorrect address listings. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs as well as any associated fines/penalties in the case of a reshipment of the same order.

All products are double packed in waterproof and corrugated boxes to ensure their safe delivery. Both orders are sent by the best transport/courier companies and delivered to your door within 3-5 working days of shipping dispatch.

Shipment Timing

Our duration of shipment and delivery depends on the type of product you have purchased and your delivery location.

We will be required to collect the following information about you!

1. An estimated shipping time has been given on the website; however, these times are just estimates. Depending on the product's supply and other variables, products can be delivered sooner or later. Each product's shipping details can be found on the website.
2. Please contact the order number or item codes to get a correct arrival time estimate.
3. Product orders are supposed to be processed within 48-72 hours of being put with Trumpkart, as far as possible.

Tracking of Shipment

When the product is handed over to the courier department, Trumpkart will send the consumer email updates with shipping information. The website address of the transport/courier agency, as well as the tracking number and planned delivery date, should be included in the email updates. The customer may use the above information to monitor the package's progress.

Please keep in mind the tracking numbers for orders that have been delivered can take up to 24 business hours to appear on the websites.

Delays
